At Babu Electronics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy below.
1. Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.
- Certain items such as personal care appliances or items on clearance sale may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the product was defective or we sent the wrong item.
3. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items purchased during special promotional sales (unless defective).
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
5. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return or refund request:

- Pack your item securely and ship it back as instructed.
